Project Materials
This page describes the required materials you should bring to the fair.
CSRSEF requires the following at the in-person fair:
 Project Board: Tri-fold or printed poster with means of support.
 Your logbook containing a diary of the project.
 A 3 ring project binder with all other supporting materials.
Every science fair project must include a logbook, also sometimes called a research notebook or diary, which is a complete, permanent record of how you did your experiment/research project; it shows what you did and thought at steps along the way. The notebook is usually handwritten, but it doesn’t have to be. The 3-ring project binder will include all the project’s computer printed documents: all relevant research articles, computer printouts such as CAD drawings or computer analyses, software programs, relevant emails, your (optional) final research/engineering report … all relevant documentation that is computer printed and 3-hole punched.
